ATGC will manage entire warehouse operations by –

• Understand business requirement of customer for warehousing.
• Provide consultancy for site selection, design & engineering, supervise construction of warehouse as per local and international standards.
• Facilitate selection and procurement of material handling equipment for warehouse operations like Hand Pallet Truck, Stackers, Plastic Pallets, Flexible Large Containers (FLC) etc

Manage entire warehouse operations including

• Understand business specific requirements of customer for optimizing warehouse operations.
• Finalize manpower requirements as per work flow and provide trained manpower at all levels.
• Picking, Packing and Shipping.
• Manage Just In Time (JIT) deliveries
• Design and Implement IT infrastructure like Warehouse Management System (WMS), CCTV System, Access Control
• Handle Third Party Audits from OEM
• Documentation and MIS reports (Using Oracle, SAP or other customer specific software)
